Calling all experienced chess players! Refine your skills and challenge yourself at the North Texas Chess Academy’s Friday Swiss Tournament. Held every Friday from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, this exciting event offers a competitive atmosphere for players to test their strategies and climb the chess ranks.
Tournament Details
- Format: 3 Rounds | Game in 30 minutes with a 5-second delay
- Sections: Open & U1600
- Rating System: USCF rated tournament (Active USCF membership required)
- Notation: Required for Open Section only
- Prizes: Cash prizes awarded in the Open Section, ChessBucks awarded in the U1600 Section (ChessBucks are NTCA’s in-house currency)
